I still
remember the date which changed my entire life..
10th
April 2007
...the date I joined the
Wealthy
Affiliate.
Before that, I've only known a little about Internet Marketing. The
only
thing that I know about Internet Marketing is that:
- You can make tons of money
- You can work from your home
- It needs more mind work
than "workers" work.
Which is, err, of course, quite lucrative.
I went on into my own little journey to "make money on the net".
Alright. To make the story short, I wasted some time on a few "make
money" stuffs and was also
scammed
in the process.
I also tried promoting products using adwords by myself. I
made a sale,
but lost
quite a big chunk of money. I almost screamed,
" Oh Crap! My $200! Argghh!! "
So, anyways.
I happened to stumble upon
Wealthy
Affiliate. Actually, I've been setting an eye on Wealthy
Affiliate for quite some time, though I never had the courage to try it.
They offer
one-on-one
support and also many
resources,
guides,
tools, +
everything that you could think of.
And of course, the
Wealthy
Affiliate forums.
But, after reading through thoroughly, the phrases...
"If you are not willing to put in
the time to learn the proper Internet
Marketing techniques please leave the site now as THIS IS NOT A SCAM to
make a quick buck"
...and...
"We will literally hold your hand
when getting started"
...caught my eyes.
I thought through. Real deeply...
Really deeply...
Then, I made the
leap
of faith.
I took my credit card.
And I closed my eyes..
That Was The Best Money I've
Ever Spent In My Whole Entire
Life
As I opened my eyes..
I was greeted by the welcome message.
I was very excited.
I quickly shifted through all the features in the
Wealthy
Affiliate. WOW!
The
incredible
resources.
The super
helpful guides.
The
awesome tools.
The
huge keywords list.
Not to mention the
WA
Jobs and
WA
Space.
Everything.
And then, I entered the
fabled
Wealthy
Affiliate forums.
I was planning to introduce myself first. But, the posts and threads in
there are very
overwhelming!

They are pure
gold!
So many cool advices plus so many inputs and wisdom that makes this
forum
literally a gold mine for every Internet
Marketers.
And I thought people in there will be the
ones who are only chatting how to
make even more money everyday in a very serious tone.

I was wrong. Everybody's
happy.
Everybody's
cheerful.
Everybody's
helpful!
I kinda took my time through the threads. Then, I thought I'd make a
post to mark my
grand
entrance.
I introduced myself.
Oh. Drat. Seems like another newcomer beat me to it.
And I thought I might be fussed all over for being the new boy to join
the group. Darn it. Oh well.

That was some time ago.
As for now, I've been having a great time with them. I've always asked
questions in there (even absolutely STUPID questions) and everybody's
willing to help me out.

I've
also been
PM'ing K & C (short for Kyle and Carson) once in a while to ask
for advice
and reviews
of my current campaigns, my landing pages, my adwords account and
anything.
They
also frequently join the forums.

And all other

Affiliate members who are
always
happy to help anyone and everyone!
There's a whole army of
supports in there!
I
have been having a very great time there. I've learnt a lot of stuffs
about
Internet
Marketing in there.
Google Slap?
No problem.
Bum Marketing?
We've got
The Master
in there, along with other
experts!
Niche Hunting?
We've got loads of threads dedicated to it!
Anything!
My "Internet Marketing Career" has started to show some
positive results and
growing, thanks to
Wealthy
Affiliate! My life too has been changed a lot since becoming
a member of Wealthy Affiliate (errmm.. though I usually got addicted to
reading the forums in there).
We've been sharing some great times and also our bad times together.
Each one of us are having a really great time,
together.
Come on.. Join us! Hang out with us!
